It’s interesting, in the last few days I’ve spoken with a couple of the women on the network who shared with me how difficult they found it to “Toot Their Own Horn.” Why do we find it hard to talk about how brilliant we are?? It’s such a shame that we often hide – instead of share – our wonderful uniqueness, talents, knowledge, abilities and experiences.

I believe we are all just looking for permission to know that it is not only accepted – but encouraged. That we can remain humble while at the same time celebrating who we are in our brilliance and uniqueness!
