Tap into The Gold Mine – Create Your Own Private Networking Events
As small business owners one way to generate leads and income is by attending networking events. Here you can meet potential customers/clients and others that may be able to support you in your business.
What if you could Network with a highly targeted group of individuals, learn more about them, build relationships with them in a fraction of the time and have a way to connect and collaborate with them on an ongoing basis? This is what you have right HERE on the Network!
Before I explain – lets’ take a look at a typical networking event……
Some networking events can be quite fruitful, while others can be a big waste of time and energy.
So, Let’s say it’s 30 minutes from your door to the time you enter the event. Of course you had to fill up your tank before you left since it was running close to empty and drive through tons of traffic just to get there on time.
You arrive at the event and you have about 30 minutes on free form networking you say hi to the people you know and maybe meet one or two new people.
Then the meeting starts and you hear all Network announcements and now it’s time for everyone to introduce themselves. You have 30 seconds to tell everyone about everything you do and what your business is all about – Ready – Set-Go! (Oh shoot I forgot to mention this. Oh why did I say that?)
Now you get to listen to everyone else’s attempts to encapsulate what they do in 30 seconds.
After 30 minutes of listening to 30 second commercials it’s time for the speaker – who rambles on and on and on about something you have absolutely no interest in for another 20-30 minutes.
The meeting is now over – you network for another 30 minutes and then it takes you 30 minutes to drive back through traffic to your home/office.
Okay – Let’s ad it all up…
1 Hour getting to and from the Networking Event (30 minutes each way)
1 Hour of Free Form Networking (30 minutes before and after the meeting)
1 Hour of Listening to What Others Do – Including the Speaker
2-3 More Hours in scheduled meeting where you can get to know people better one-one
By the time it’s all said and done you have spent nearly 6 Hours (or more) at a Networking Event and Follow-up meetings.
How much is your time worth? Was it worth your time and energy? Don’t get me wrong – I love Networking Events! But I have found that some are very profitable and others, are well….you know.
Social Media opens up a whole new realm of possibility!
I hear a lot of people say – “Oh – it’s just a big waste of time!”
I believe that the people who say it is a waste of time simply don’t understand the power and the Gold Mine they have sitting right in front of their face!

Spend 30 Minutes a Week in your own Private Networking Event getting to know and communicating with the Women on the Network.
Imagine spending 30 minutes and accomplishing EVERYTHING you were able to do in over 6 HOURS of going to live Networking Events and follow-up meetings!

Click on the View All button to see all the Featured Members! These are the movers and shakers – these are the women you want to get to know.
“Walk” around the Featured Members area and find someone you are interested in knowing better.Click on their profile and see what they do! View their website. Ask yourself – “How Can I Be of Service To THEM?” Let me repeat that just in case you missed it – How can YOU be of service to THEM?
Write them a Comment or send them a Friend Invitation including a personal note.
Start by simply creating a relationship – get to know each other first as fellow Women Entrepreneurs.
Networking is all about RELATIONSHIPS!!
DO NOT – I REPEAT – DO NOT START SELLING on your first interaction!! There is no quicker way to turn people off! It’s like a guy asking you to have sex the moment he’s met you – yeck!!! It is NOT ABOUT SELLING.
It is truly about creating wonderfully supportive, empowering and caring relationships. Believe it or not THIS is where your BEST clients/customers and support team is going to come from.
